The Vanderslice Committee Mission
The Vanderslice Committee of the Kansas City Art Institute was organized in June of 1963 and its mission is to support continuing restoration and beautification improvements to Vanderslice Hall, to stimulate member participation to financially support the improvements through activities and projects, and to promote the Kansas City Art Institute and the historical significance of Vanderslice Hall on the campus and in the community so as to be perceived as the gateway to stellar artistic excellence.
